Automatic checks performed by Bonx
When you start validation from a draft, Bonx performs the following checks:1
Bonx checks commercial and fiscal data
Bonx checks the issuer, customer, billing address, tax identifiers, date, lines, articles, VAT, payment details and
associated bank account.
2
Bonx checks the order and deductions
Bonx recalculates the order situation and verifies the deposits or credit notes used by the invoice.
3
Bonx checks the electronic format
Bonx applies EN 16931 and the supported checks for the issuing establishment’s country. Each error points to the
data that needs correction.
4
Bonx prepares data for export
With a compatible integration, Bonx applies account and tax mappings and displays the lines that will be sent to the
accounting software.
Issue the invoice
From the draft, start validation. Bonx recalculates totals, prepares electronic and export data, assigns the next legal number and freezes the invoice, exchange rate, template, issuer, customer and addresses. The frozen data remains attached to the issued document when its source records change later.Generate the document
Generate the PDF from the validated invoice. Bonx keeps it in the invoice’s Files tab. The issuing establishment’s country determines the electronic format generated alongside it.France — Factur-X
