Bonx can read an incoming document, such as a customer order, delivery note or supplier invoice. Extraction turns its content into structured data: third parties, references, lines, quantities, prices or taxes.

How it works

Add the document

Upload the PDF, image or file from the relevant flow.

Review the extraction

Bonx shows the document and recognized data side by side. You can edit fields, remove a line and select the right record when a reference is unknown or ambiguous.

Validate

After validation, Bonx uses the reviewed data to prefill the record. The same business rules as manual entry still apply.
Custom instructions per document type can help the extractor understand formats that your suppliers or customers use regularly.

Current limitations

  • Extraction is not deterministic: quality depends on document readability and layout.
  • An unknown reference or several possible matches requires a user decision.
  • Recognized data may need correction before it is applied.
