The Bonx MCP connector lets Claude search your orders, articles, stock, and other Bonx data. It is currently restricted to managers and is read-only.

Prerequisites

  • you must use a Bonx manager account;
  • your Claude plan must support custom connectors.

Install the connector in Claude

Open Claude connectors

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors.

Add a custom connector

Click +, then Add custom connector. Name it Bonx and use https://mcp.bonx-app.com/mcp as its URL.Leave the advanced OAuth settings empty. Bonx configures authentication automatically.

Connect your Bonx account

Click Add, then Connect. Enter your workspace address, for example acme.bonx-app.com, and sign in with your Bonx manager account.

Enable Bonx in a conversation

In a Claude conversation, click + → Connectors and enable Bonx. You can then ask, for example:
Find order SO-123 and summarize its status.
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an organization owner must first add the connector under Organization settings → Connectors. Each manager then connects their own Bonx account.

Verify the connection

The connection is working if Claude offers the Bonx tools and can answer a question about data in your workspace. The connector cannot create or change any data yet.

Troubleshooting

  • Unknown workspace: check your Bonx workspace address.
  • Sign-in rejected: make sure the Bonx account is a manager.
  • Connector missing in Claude: on a Team or Enterprise plan, ask the Claude organization owner to add it.
