The Bonx API gives you access to your industrial operations from your own tools: sales and purchase orders, manufacturing orders, receivings, shipments, stock, articles, quality, invoicing.

Two APIs

REST API

One endpoint per business object, a plain JSON response to consume. The default choice, and the way to write into Bonx.

GraphQL API

A single entry point and complete access to the schema, for reading, including your custom fields and tables. For advanced usage.
Both share API-token authentication and the same data model: what you learn on one transposes to the other.

Read your data

Pull your orders, manufacturing orders, stock, articles and defects in real time. Each object comes with its context, for example an order’s stock availability or a manufacturing order’s current step. A GraphQL query can walk relations, so an order, its lines and their articles come back in a single call.

Write to Bonx

Attach a document to a record, create or update a record. Writes follow the same rules as the application, and stay traced in the record’s history.

Automate

Connect your existing systems, your machines and your no-code tools. An automation tool such as n8n covers most routing needs between Bonx and your other software.
