This is the broadest integration: Odoo can stay your master data and commercial back office while Bonx takes on production, stock and quality, with data flowing both ways.

Authentication: application credentials

A dedicated Odoo user (username and password), with the host and the database name. Create a service account rather than a personal one. See authentication methods.

Synced data

Business behaviour

  • Invoices leave as drafts. An exported invoice lands as a draft in Odoo and is only posted there once it is validated in Bonx. Cancelled invoices are not exported.
  • Invoice lines are replaced, not stacked. On every update the export removes the existing lines before writing again, to avoid duplicates.
  • Variants that disappear from Odoo are archived in Bonx, never deleted: history and traceability stay intact.
  • No record is adopted blindly. Before creating, the export checks that no Odoo record already matches on the configured criteria; if one does, it stops rather than binding Bonx to a record it did not create.
  • The connector adapts to your instance. Fields that are absent (an Odoo module not installed) are stripped from the payload rather than failing the export.
  • The process step of imported orders is never overwritten by a later import.
