# EBP

> Import articles, customers and quotes from EBP Gestion Commerciale.

The EBP integration feeds Bonx from EBP Gestion Commerciale. It works **one way
only**: EBP stays the master record, Bonx pulls what it needs to run production.

> **Authentication: OAuth**
>
> You authorise Bonx from EBP. Have ready: your **EBP subscription key** and the **folder id** to sync. See
> [authentication methods](https://docs.bonx.com/en/integrations/authentication-methods.md).

## Synced data

| Data | Direction | Create | Update |
| - | - | - | - |
| Article families | EBP → Bonx | ✅ | ✅ |
| Articles | EBP → Bonx | ✅ | ✅ |
| Organisations (customers) | EBP → Bonx | ✅ | ✅ |
| Contacts | EBP → Bonx | ✅ | ✅ |
| Quotes (as sales orders) | EBP → Bonx | ✅ | ✅ |

## Business behaviour

* **EBP quotes are what become sales orders** in Bonx, over a rolling window of
  roughly two years.
* **The process step is never overwritten.** It is set at creation, then you stay
free to advance the order in Bonx: a later import will not pull it back.
* **Nothing goes back to EBP.** No writes are made into EBP, in any case.
* Imports are **incremental**: only records changed since the last successful sync
  are read again.
